Engagements
Lirado Tech provides bounded platform risk and scale review engagements, focused platform interventions, and executive platform advisory relationships. Each engagement is governed by a separate agreement that defines scope, deliverables, fee, payment terms, and responsibilities.
Payment
Platform Decision Reviews are typically billed 50% to begin and 50% before the decision workshop. Focused interventions and advisory relationships are billed monthly in advance. Payment terms are Net 7 or Net 15 unless otherwise agreed. Taxes, withholding, currency, and fees are addressed in the agreement.
Confidentiality and data
Client information is handled proportionally to the engagement. NDA is available. Read-only access is the default. Least-privilege access, named accounts, and no shared credentials are standard. Data retention and deletion rules are defined at the start of each engagement.
Intellectual property
Client retains ownership of its systems, data, and production environment. Lirado Tech retains ownership of its methodologies, frameworks, and general tools. Deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use.
Limitation of liability
Lirado Tech provides judgment, evidence review, and decision support. Platform decisions involve uncertainty, and outcomes depend on client execution, environment changes, and factors beyond the review's scope. Liability is limited to the engagement fee unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Governing law
Engagements are governed by the law specified in the individual agreement. Disputes are resolved through negotiation, mediation, or the courts specified in the agreement.
