Is the Platform Decision Review a fit for us?
The review is appropriate when a platform problem has become a business decision and leadership needs evidence before committing to a larger program. If the decision boundary, evidence, and options are already clear, a direct intervention or advisory conversation may be more appropriate.
What evidence and access do you need?
Read-only access by default. Named accounts, least privilege, and explicit evidence requirements are defined at the start. No production changes without explicit authorization.
What will we receive?
The primary deliverable is the Executive Decision Brief, which documents findings, options, and the recommended path. The review also includes problem and decision framing, stakeholder interviews, architecture and operating-model review, constraint and root-cause analysis, and the leadership decision workshop.
What does it cost?
US$7,500–12,000 — fixed fee for the bounded review scope. No hidden costs, no upsell pressure during the engagement.
What happens after the Review?
Recommendations are not manipulated to manufacture implementation revenue. Leadership chooses the next path based on evidence: execute internally, engage for a focused intervention, continue with advisory, engage another specialist, or defer.
